This is a firm which builds our skills to an extent that we turn out to be the most efficient future CA's in the market. From the initial period you are provided with important job responsibilities also you get the chance to lead a whole team by yourself during an audit. So overall work culture when is very much satisfactory with the colleagues , seniors and being very cooperative and helpful. There is nothing to dislike about the firm as mutual understanding is required always, all in all gives you a very good environment where you can learn a lot. Of Course pressure of performance is there in every stream but then that develops us , so not choosing an entity for just avoiding work pressure might not serve in favor of you.
