Salary date not fixed but credited before 12th of every month & Owners of company is very polite and good behaver.

Dislikes

working culture are very bad, Bosses who sitting on every time talk with abuse and use rough language this work culture totally demotivate you

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
