Opportunities are good for people who have interests. If you are ready to take additional responsibility, supports from the bosses will be excellent. Good training for decision making and management. Good environment for learning.

Dislikes

Could have better if the work life balance is maintained. Also, there should be better choices offered to the employees in terms of perks given them to them.
