No good work culture, poor management both HR and Admin. Never know whom to hold whom not to. Coming to hikes need not even think of them, they throw some peanuts. Forcefully making people resign for company not having projects. Resource management group is one of the worst, they are not able to map people to projects, and they provide all useless training to the bench resources. The HR and RMG doesn't even respond to employees. You will not get lunch(pay from your pocket)after 1345hrs and lunch starts at 1250hrs. People shout on vendors but the issue is created by company management. There is separate committee for food that is of no use. There is no cab service for night shifts, I have to book on uber at 0300hrs early morning....Read More

1. No job security 2. They don't have project still they hire professional and then put them on LOP after 60 days bench period. They don't tell this policy during recruitment 3. Poor infrastructure. Some City don't have basic seating and parking arrangements for employees 4. HR are cruel. WMG group don't bother about employees career 5. All management is South Indian and operate from Mysore. Everything except location Mysore. Hectic work with no hikes even if company performs good. They had never given hike during Carona even when the shares skyrocketed. Freshers can join if no other option found. Post job support is pathetic. I have been following up for my PF transfer from 2 years but still no response. Worse than anygovernment company. I feel very bad wasting my 10 years of carrier in such a pathetic company. I have won many awards though my salary was not even matching my years of experience. same for most of employees except lateral entries. There will be sometimes decent pay for lateral entries, but you need to forget hike for next few decades even if you perform exceptional. Check with any employee working before joining. No Ethics. Delay appraisal, No proper increment system to scale with respect to ratings. Even after getting 4 out of 5 rating 2-4% increment on low level cader like DET & ETS. No arrears after delay increment. Senior management are not on their commitment for growth of employees.

Dislikes

For the appraisal they are not considered the work which we have done. This year appraisal cycle they have changed to November and not given the aerials for last 6 months. Very bad management and HR policies which are not followed by them itself.

Some projects are based on development, if you are working on development project then definitely you will gain more knowledge more hand's on experience. But majority of Projects work are going on testing part. So, if you are working on testing project, no skills gains, no knowledge, difficult to switch after LTTS.
