I am joined my current organization on 13 May 2024 now i get a offer from another company and they want i join before 20th Apr 2025(90 days' notice period). - Delivery Head (in chennai center) of this team sees his subordinates like dogs - Some of managers of UTC/Dometic Chennai design team mentally harass employees (directed by respective delivery head) like anything in order to suppress his/her voice (In case the employee raise voice against odds, which are happening to her/him) -During campus interview technical managers cheat aspiring students by telling them big lie that they do high end engineering works.
