I like flexible working hours and easy commute.

Dislikes

Very poor management and HR team. I faced several unnecessary LOP every months and had spend hrs to get it rectified. The payslip arrives after the salary every months so it's hard to know the deductions in salary. The company is reluctant to spend on improving the work ambiance and quality. The salary structure is very poor and every year growth in salary is 5% or less.
