No fair FAIR Process, No standards for growth (your peers will go ahead). after promotion salary will get reduced (very strange), at 8pm also you have to think to leave from site (after 12 hours duty) as so many times came back from bus to attend meetings/review at 8/8:30PM, Boss may call for meeting at night 10:30Pm also...you haveto be prepared and ready, Execution staff treatment not good by Acct & Admin Dept., site facilities not good for execution staff, partiality for Bachelor accommodation to be checked (ex: for some managers lunch will come in Hot Pack (purchased by Company) whereas normal lunch boxes will come for balance staff), Vehicle arrangements to be improved, freedom should be given to staff to speak.....he may face scolding if anyone speaks...Read More

Appraisal process is not at all transparent and everything right from the basic salary, benefits, promotion, salary hikes, variable pay and even co. sponsored training & higher education opportunities are dependent on this appraisal process. This creates huge difference in CTC between two persons of same cadre. 2. There is no role of HR dept. in the appraisal process, only the ratings by superiors are sole deciders in this appraisal process. 3. No discussion happens with the employee in this whole appraisal process and no feedback given to the employee for improvement after this process is completed. 4. Salary & remuneration packages are very low compared to the market. 5. No appreciation / reward is given for good contribution to the business. Persons who closely and directly interact with the senior management, those only get appreciated. Contribution of others and the entire team remain hidden. 6. Majority of the seniors play the role of only boss, not the leaders, who takes the credit of success, but not ready to accept the accountability of failures. 7. The rating system in the company is not transparent, even the reward amount is not clear to staffs. We have seen in many cases a deserving staff getting less rating just because of the biasness of the superiors, sometimes even their performance is not highlighted properly to their NS and DH. HR never communicate with the staff to know their actual performance and if someone's rating is low, they need to explain the reason or how they can improve. Salary increment and rewards and other monetary benefits to some staffs are extremely high whereas of some staffs are extremely low even if their rating is more or less same. There should be more moderation in fixing the benefits for the employees. Regarding work culture, yes there is office politics as in every organization, but it is ultimate responsibility of the project leader to handle this type of situation. We need to focus more on worker accommodation, food and facilities.
