One of the biggest names in the country in epc sector.

Worst salary structure in the industry. They keep a part of your ctc as Retention Payment which is to be paid every year when you complete a year with them. For example, out 15 lac ctc, 2.4 lacs will be paid at the end of the year. Above that 60% of your salary is variable. Lowest basic payment in industry. All benefit payments willbe included in ctc, like all reimbursement s. Most improper and opaque appraisal system. If you are a lateral and you do not know how to butter, then forget about your growth, promotion etc. Would have liked to write so much more.....in short, guys plz keep it as a last option.......Read More
