Job security alone is good, but it isn't all for a employee. There won't be financial growth if your management doesn't understand what your efforts are meant for.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Unorganized at many levels, so you get freedom to do without standardization, which many people like, so it's very easy not to make any conclusions and discuss on the same things repeatedly. Slooow growth. Rating system is ineffective and inefficient.

L&T Hydrocarbon is headquartered in Mumbai with offices in Vadodara and Chennai. They have high professionalism at work and the best place to invest your knowledge for growth and learning. One of the best EPC company in the Gulf and Asia pacific.

Dislikes

Working at L&T hydrocarbon Limited is not easy. Need to be competitive and always upgrade. Work and Family life balance is little difficult but has to be managed when you are part of the best in the industry.

It is an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Company and provides Design and build solutions to large and complex hydrocarbon projects.
