It's typical Indian culture company and following nbfc/finance rules for IT employees and they are much strict on the work timings, not flexible times should be allowed so difficult to survive IT employees in LTFS.work culture is horrible as compared to other nbfc and banking firm

Dislikes

No personal life if you are working in such a nbfc industry and too much work load even if you are working on weekends not getting any comp off/expense from employer. Not allowed hybrid or work home culture which is very difficult
