Things decided by Middle Managers. Focused on short term achievement than sustainable development. Focused only on their own role and it will result in poor implementation. Duplicate reports and change according to the stakeholders.

Dislikes

Literally only 5 WFH days across a year! Daily office presence is mandatory with mandatory 9 hours to be served (tracked through app and GPS so can't avoid) Lot of power in hands of reporting manager wrt leaves, regularisation of hours, etc. leave little room for autonomy.

They are doing some activity without policies if employees are eligible then they are not providing his/ her eligible contest or incentive

They are all cute throat , inconsistent and dishonest. Talk something else and do something else. All they do is run in circles and pretend that they are doing something but in the end they all know that they are doing nothing and taking salary for pretense.

Seniors are cruel and no work culture here, no family life, everything spoiled, seniors are like they are from some other planets, in entire industry have not seen such un human seniors, I don't know how they survive with there own family. We are in 5g world n in ltfs seniors are mentally challenged.
