I have joined this company as a commercial trainee in 2014 and It has been over 8 years now I am in the same company. The management has shown the real intent to groom the young talent into future of the company and of the Nation, ultimately. I consider myself lucky enough to get this breakthrough in my career at the very start and looking forward to continue the dame.

The only thing I would mention about my dislike that the hours of working are bit too much.

Associated with L&T for the past 15 years. It is very motivating to work in HCI IC. The culture is very good, management are open for feedback and improvements. Company Policies are very employee oriented and friendly. Allows innovation and invests hugely in employee capability development and competence enhancement via training, education and development programmes.

No dislikes as company is taking care of individual requirements and plans for suitable development also.

Dislikes

There is a huge & large difference in compensation between outstanding performers & vital performers, which means that except outstanding performers no other is working as per expectation. This de-motivates majority of staffs (because everyone can't be outstanding performer)

Silent hard workers who works day n night are never get highlighted, Pay and compensation for permanent employees are growing at snails pace for last few years whereas present industry avrg. is much higher.

Due to some personal issues I left 2 months back L&T At present I'm at Adani, I'm Missing L&T working culture. If I will get opportunity to come back, I'll definitely join and always respect L&T systems and i always adhere to that.

Office timings should be flexible atleast remote places, for all systems / computers access to given to improve knowledge pertaining to public / social awareness
