Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. One has to be ready to learn anything but with very slow process.. You can learn for sure but in a long time period

The head of all the department are from another states and mostly they prefer their state's people to hire.. Lot of partiality have to b faced by local people. Their behavior is very rude and partial. From HR to Hod everyone is clever and partial.
