With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Nothing good ,even they deducted salaries up to 60%,management is good but the sales team working on top level or we can say In delhi office team is like selfish persons.everybody looks for himself nor for team.

Dislikes

Company's promoters are very good ,but persons behind them are life look self first then think about others concept.not good experience in regards of job security ,corporation ,etc.
