Dislikes

CEO or Owner of the company person very cruel. He said job is like supervisor but actually loading and unloading work is done by B.Tech graduates. Next dislike fact is company accommodation was very poor, unhygienic and fully rats and snakes running on the floor. Work time is not fixed. Anyone don't join this company.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
