Since it’s a small company you get to learn a lot as the company grows.

Dislikes

Very irregular timings and very poor work life balance. No proper leave structure or clarity on what your actual job is in the company so you don't land up doing what you're hired for. Your value and contribution to the company goes unnoticed most of the time. Salaries are always late and paid by the 15th of the month or at times later than that too.

Work Details

No proper work flow. It's a decent place for freshers who want to learn and are willing to work in various departments to gain exposure but for an experienced employee is very hard to work in these situations.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
