Nothing. They are not supportive at all.

The work culture here is horrible. They just want you to be here from 9:30 to as long as they desire. But you must punch in by 9:30. There is no work from home policy in place. So even in the middle of the pandemic, even if you have no work, you have to come to sit in the office and monitor their social media. They try to police women's bodies by telling them what they can and cannot wear. They follow you on Instagram to make sure you abide by their 'rules' of right and wrong or else you will get reprimanded. No one has any corporate experience at all but they think they know what is best. They are all literally 26-year-olds with zero experience. This is their first real job. They do not take suggestions but if they ever want to use any suggestion they pass it off as their own idea. No credit is ever given. There is no growth. No one is given any work that is appropriate to their JD. They basically tell a crocodile to climb a tree and then complain when it can't. People are yelled at (literally screamed at) by the 'CEO' who wouldn't know the right end of business even if it hit her in the face. Horrible, horrible company to work for. They do not deduct taxes and there is no PF or ESI. They avoid this by opening more and more new companies so that there are never more than 20 people under one company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The 'in-hand' salary is a joke as you have to pay the taxes by yourself at the end f the year since they do not deduct it</mark>. No one here pays taxes and there has already been an income tax raid. You will be hired to do something and you will be doing something else completely. It only helps if you are a Muslim or a Malayali since they only converse in Malayali. They will deliberately keep you out of the loop and talk to other people in Malayali in front of you. There is no fixed date for salary. It can even come on the 13th of the month.
