Compensation is good and brand is well known

No System, completely person oriented company,Only 12 employees enrolled in India which also gives negligible growth opportunities. As. Manufacturing responsibility lies with Bajaj, KTM team is only on the back end and no value addition activities are seen There is no proper system, Channel of interaction and no guidance (very less skilled team-Technical as well as Managerial) heading the company, it becomes very difficult for the employee to give ur opinion and thoughts for the betterment of the company As the company is completely person oriented - Ratings and benefits are biased, no proper explanation will be given for poor rating. Overall from the overall experience its a below average company and lots and lots of improvements in the management level are required to make it a work place of choice...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
