Working at a senior level, remain in touch with the decision makers which give me support for closure of operational issues. I am heading a team of dedicated & hard working persons, most of them with Army background.

Dislikes

Being an average size of company, they don't have adequate internal systems. Also, most clients are from the construction group where recovery of payment & pilferage at site are main challenges.

Work Details

As the Ops. Head, my work at KSJ is always challenging & bit hectic too.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
