I can write a volume here. Everything about the company is hateful. They pretend to be a BPO, but they are just a sweatshop. I left in a month at the role of Sr Team Leader, because they made me work 12 hours a day! They didn't have any other STL and I was supposed to cover an 18 hrs US shift. They also paid me a pittance. The client was horrified to, but as he was getting cheap rates, didn't do anything. Anyway, the client never had any say so in day to day running of the vendor. Finally I lost my cool and punched my boss, when he demanded (not asked, mind you!) of me to extend 3 more hours with my regular 12 hours. Sorry but in my whole life I never seen this type of bull shit company In the time of covid 19 where company support there employs in that case Kserve gave a big kick to there employs. They didn't provide our salary nor the job to continue even they did refunds our paid holiday amount till yet nor the referral amount.

Kserve is the company who only look there own profit they don't support there employs they don't have any accurate information or calculations for employees holiday or leave they deduct many of salary amounts with wrongly information regarding presents and absence.Kserve never refunds paid holiday amount or any reference amount thatthey promise to their employees.
