I can write a volume here. Everything about the company is hateful. They pretend to be a BPO, but they are just a sweatshop. I left in a month at the role of Sr Team Leader, because they made me work 12 hours a day! They didn't have any other STL and I was supposed to cover an 18 hrs US shift. They also paid me a pittance. The client was horrified to, but as he was getting cheap rates, didn't do anything. Anyway, the client never had any say so in day to day running of the vendor. Finally I lost my cool and punched my boss, when he demanded (not asked, mind you!) of me to extend 3 more hours with my regular 12 hours. I was working from last 7 months in kserve bpo no proper sallery on time they treat there employees like hell team leader never thinks about this issue .In covid 19 office hr call me after 1.5 months they call me forcing me to give rezine they didn't given me the salary of it I told them why did nt u told me in advance that we are terminating the employees at list we can search a new job I will never suggest some one to join this kserve bpo...Read More
