You never sign a joining contract. The work is done on a word to word basis. There's no way of knowing when you can lose your job. Salaries are late

I liked the way people were with each other with small world office politics involvement because they had no other life to stare at. I really love how homely they would make the experience as they would likely invade your personal life if needed.
