This is one of the worst I worked with. No social security, bad company culture, upper management beleive in yes/no sir/ma'am, forget about any pending FNF if you have post leaving the organisation, poor salary structure, low wadge, non deserving get better promotion.

Company runs on WhatsApp, all internal communication has to happen on WhatsApp. In a day, management conduct 5-6 meeting just to see that you are present in office or not.

This company is not at all good for fresher in the embedded team, There is no one to guide you, and no one will give any work to showcase your skills and no follow ups. senior engineers make us to doubt about our own existence and make us feel low by not guiding us and they don't have clarity about what they're saying. Because of some toxic manager the work environment will become toxic, they try to suppress us, dominate, ego-ishness, demotivating, creating hostile work environment. I felt like I wasn't get utilize for the role which I have hired for, no proper training, guidence for freshers about the role which is new for company itself.
