Nothing to Like about. They Don't value their Employees. At Time of appraisal the always have a reason that companies not doing well still affected by covid and still recovering so we cannot provide you hike. Diwali Bonus does not exist. Not even a single good project. Everything works by jugaad

HR Policies change every month which definitely impacts the bonuses and pays. Client side employees are treated as if they are adopted and are not given any attention. Bonuses and increment are very very less. HR does not respond to any queries. Delays in approvals. Only money and profir oriented company. Doesn't care about employees. Term insurance(death insurance) is like only 4 lacs. While others are having 10 times more than it is offering. Policies are very very bad....Read More
