First, a 1month company was closed physically but virtually we are working from home after that also we get half of our salary. And after lockdown, we rejoin the office but that time too our salary cut down to continue. not only that after lockdown over we are working on holidays too because they give us to leave in the lockdown period. pathetic. half salary double work. close our cab facility because of the corona spread issue not even give us fuel expenses. after lockdown, only 15 days sanitizing rules are worked. after the COVID patient found in the office, our company not close, it just close for one 1day sanitization and then reopen. Teammates are very good if say about the training I'll give an average. Job security is very poor. salary also not so well because they didn't see the skill qualification capability of work or work experience, salary is based on office politics, too much of politics, the work environment is very poor just terrible not even able to give a system or proper stationery....Read More
