Employees benifit is zero, not statisfied. With salary and other benifit not get till date pf esi etc salary also very low as per govt norm not get

First, a 1month company was closed physically but virtually we are working from home after that also we get half of our salary. And after lockdown, we rejoin the office but that time too our salary cut down to continue. not only that after lockdown over we are working on holidays too because they give us to leave in the lockdown period. pathetic. half salary double work. close our cab facility because of the corona spread issue not even give us fuel expenses. after lockdown, only 15 days sanitizing rules are worked. after the COVID patient found in the office, our company not close, it just close for one 1day sanitization and then reopen. Not so good company.

Dislikes

... good if say about the training I'll give an average. Job security is very poor. salary also not so well because they didn't see the skill qualification capability of work or work experience, salary is based on office politics, too much of politics, the work environment is very poor just terrible not even able to give a system or proper stationery.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
