Layoff After project completion they do layoff. Every year in 6 to 12 Months they do layoff. They don't terminate directly why first hold the salary for 3 to 4 months. Will put you in pip will make your salary half will pressure you to resign. responsible people don't join. initially they will attract you with good package only till project is not completed.
