Reimbursement done mostly after 5-6 months. Saturday and Sunday working most of times with no extra pay, Senior person create mental pressure. No personal life

I absolutely hate the culture, it totally depends on the client you are working on.

So they provide low end services to companies on a project. You are totally on the mercy of your client. They have some very unfair unethical practices like they wouldn't pay for your salary, even if you have worked for the project.
