Likes

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.They are supported COVID-19 lockdown situation they given work from Home opportunity for March 21st 2020 to till now we are doing work from Home.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning.I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The company is good atmosphere to learn, they have only project like naac and NBA project. They didn't give any training, we only learn and did the project.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
