Great emphasis on learning and upskilling. Very professional environment with high focus on quality work.

Dislikes

A very hierarchical structure deteriorates the work environment and subverts new ideas and creativity. The delivery-orientated organization with very less focus on growth. Some policies and salary structures are very archaic. They need to bring the change they profess to their clients.
