the conveyance, the proximity to cyber hub is a plus point. people with limited knowledge can get an entry easily at lower levels.

no work-life balance, seniors are more like sharks than mentors here. also be ready to feel the politics in every inch of the space. there is a lot of gossip about the personal lives of people and sometime it can affect your image at office in terms of the work you are capable of handling/ performing. in terms of the work, it is basically labelled as audit, but it is not even close to audit since (A) the people here are doing the tiring part of the work that the onshores do and (B) not even paid one-third of the amount compared to onshore counterparts. and (C) not client facing thus removing the most important and satisfying component of the auditor's role....Read More
