You can openly share anything you feel and is considered with utmost sincerity with proper understanding. Fun activities are looked forward to almost every weekend. The work culture and work-life balance is good.

It is good to be there however the compensation goes according to the market forces while you have a lot to deliver as the job is highly reponsible and repercussions sensitive.
