Likes

Excellent and dedicated team members with very few skillsets. Irrespective of any recession/pandemic job is secured and not at risk.

Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Zero scope for learning with deliverables through out the year. Management functions at their own discretion irrespective of suggestions shared for any major problems. Do not own the client matters and always behind the numbers. In the recent past, there were several experienced folks who left the firm for management attitude.

Work Details

I am an assistant manager in US tax and I am responsible for managing medium and large-scale clients with a team of 10 professionals and leading practice of 12k hours. Manage daily workflow and team allocation for deliverables.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
