I really loved to work with KPM, they always motivate & help every employee to build-up there skills, They mostly have abroad clients, so can get chance to work in abroad also, overall a great experience, it was the my best company till now.

Sometimes work pressure is very high, I have to work 12-15 hours in a day

Hi My Self Kadeer Allah I am Working In KPM Design Services. Company is good work environment is very good very friendly like a family and Boss is Very Good In talk ,Behaviour helpful .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
