Worst management Hr ignore the mails had to take multiple followup but still was ignored 4 months long mail chain yet no solution. Worst politics There is favouritism and groupism A lot of discrimination and they don't want you to work in optimize manner but the want you to blindly sin in ofc for 10 hrs if you have 9 hr working

Talk negative about colleague Especially Nandkishor Sonar, No opportunity given to improve though I had build JLR and TML team from scratch. Not much support team to support me when I was playing the role of delivery manager for JLR and TML I played the role of DM and ADM.
