Not at all an employee friendly company. Focused on profit not on people. All the directors(hr or technical) are highly unethical. Afraid to speak up what is right in front of CEO. Beautiful girls appearing for interview are never rejected by senior director. Very senior people are openly pass horrible remarks to their female colleague and facebook picture of female current/ex employees or their family members. Company peons are treated as slave they are forced to stay in office 24*5. Its the worst of human rights abuse i have ever witnessed in my life. Policy are not transparent. Hr is like robot doesn't have a mind of own, always ask senior what to do. Due to hostile employe policy senior and talented people never stay. They always leave. So company focuses on hiring fresher. Office party are forced veg only due to vastu(ceo belives in those) where 90% people are non veg. Btw people are forced to come to the event. If you dont attend you will be harrased by your seniors and directors. You will be forced to travel even during pandemic. Senior management rejoice if any of their peers or folks from middle management leaves. As they will continue to leech off ceo with non productive idea(like training rich Student in Bangladesh and make profit from that instead selling or inventing new software products)...Read More
