Work life balance is ok, but sometimes gets hectic due to poor planning. Technology used is somewhat relevant to the industry but is not up to date. Not much chance is given to explore and introduce new stuff.

Slow growth, learning is limited to your product scope. No visibility to other products and the tech they use. Switching between products is not possible. Feedbacks, interests and aspirations shared and not accounted much. They only try to convince you. Road map is not clear. Planning is not good, too much changes in mid of construction. Tasks given are too vague, not clear on the requirements. Development model followed is not good. Designation provided is not at par with experience or expertise. my daily routine here is to connect with my leads on a call to assist them in on-boarding process for the product, Also answer their technical queries. I do help my team in up-selling with their leads.
