I joined Kotak Prime with an image that seems a good bank or have a good culture, It's a totally a Lala Company, offical it's 5 day working and we are forced to work 7 days with no comp off no extra salary, However if someone denies to come then it was asked to resign or termination. Worst with this kind of culture Surely not recommended to anyone
