Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Ascend program and Kotak uber service for women but that too have been reduced to 5 times uber drop service in a month

There is no work life balance working till late , too much pressure , partiality, bad infrastructure, politics , hard core sales pressure

No much applications at branches but very lengthy processes which save the risk on the jobs of employees but the processes take longer time to operate

Salary levels are below par the competition, top management reluctant to retain the performers. Infr & technology are poor which need to be upgraded but reluctant to invest. Looks like more or less an NBFC while driving business

Sales people are made to forcefully leave the office by 10 am morning after the meeting to the field. They are made to visit every shop and houses/ apartments in every streets to open Current Account & Savings Account. Made to torture customers continuously calling them for credit card & mutual fund & life insurance. Pathetic work life balance. If you are not opening any savings / current account or not doing any other product, you will be made to sit in the office till 10 pm. And we have to come to office next day again before the morning hurdle which starts at 8:30 am - 9:00 am. Join here at your own risk. Because your life will be hell after you join Kotak Mahindra Bank. People like Uday Kotak who is the MD of this bank don't want it's employees to live a peaceful & comfortable life in this organisation. No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff

All thing are good but the appraisal and regarding confirmation of the employee .they only give reason make more productivity. To get promotion rather you are good well in business and Productivity. And audit and compalince is much more important than employee. There are not job security in any way .

Work life balance. My manager said this and I quote "Workday is not over at 6.30 PM, it's over after you finish the work, be it 12 at night". The shitiest culture treating employees like scumbags who should only work without looking at the clock. Forcing to do work which I have never done in my career span. Policies change if you are manager favourite. Work from home is not allowed but if you are a** licker then it is allowed. Zero understanding of technology. Only the job security which I like but the work life balance and the work culture is becoming worst post the change in the management.

Lots of work pressure and the managers keep on shouting in the lobby area and management keep on pressurising for sales everyday morning afternoon evening we are engaged in concall with the seniors which impacts our personal life too .
