Leadership is relaxed doesn't bother to connect with clients to understand changing needs. 1 Policy - squeeze the new employee for performance and when time comes to repay the employee with growth then look for new employees. Many good people left which created space for few people to be promoted Promotion is selective and on favoritism. Not a good place learn and grow. No studios and offices.
