Variable Salary not been paid from last 4 years Sales expenses aren't paid regularly and most of the time are rejected No clear Policies. No motivations in teams. Huge Debts and no financial security. Financial mismanagement. Leadership is relaxed doesn't bother to connect with clients to understand changing needs. 1 Policy - squeeze the new employee for performance and when time comes to repay the employee with growth then look for new employees. Many good people left which created space for few people to be promoted Promotion is selective and on favoritism. Not a good place learn and grow. No studios and offices. Entire RJ team works from home. Listen to the voice quality and compare with others to make a better decision. No insurance benefits for family/Parents. Only 2 people are covered....Read More
