I enjoy a lot when I was with Carwale. We grow in this company only this is my first job.

But time flies, company culture changed after IPO. Company is no longer focusing on employee satisfaction. In last 2-3 years many employee of Carwale group left the organisation and this is just because of current management, culture, politics, biasedness.

Literally nothing was good about that place. The only I liked there was my coworker who joined me a month after I started working there

Roaming on field in 46 degrees temperature and completing targets still you get to listen everyday. They don't even have their own office in any cities, they only have one office pan india and it is in navi mumbai
