They will force you to work even at night and on weekends. If you try to highlight these things in the performance review, they will just say, "This is just expected from you." Managers are very biased. If they don't want to give good ratings, they will give you a very unrealistic expectation, and many will be added on the go. If you have other offers, please take those or leave in the first 6 months. The notice period is for 90 days. You will face many difficulties in switching with this 90-day notice period. At the start they will say that notice period is negotiable, but they don't decrease it.
