1 . management will promise all the time that will solve your issue against anything but they will never do that. 2. This company says that if your relation is good with your manager then everything is fine else company will screw you. 3. Company increment policy is very bad, bad manager will spoil your career. 4. Management completely depend on department manager which is not good.
