Training session is best poration in kotak only other thing is just waste if time.

I'm happy to join the kotak but when I start my journey it was okay but now its not worthy for me because supporting staff is not aware of their job role so they not able to help new joinee or knowledge portion of existing staff is not good they don't even know the internal work process...etc
