Good work environment and culture.company policies are good.appraisals are fare and tey give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work life balance is not good.some time I think I can't handle this pressure and manage time there are multiple products and task to be done on time

Any level of hierarchy is approachable. Senior management staff is supportive . Positive environment to work

Salary and appraisal hikes are not upto level of work the organisation demands

As this was my first job , the first experience , we get day to day trainings here. Learning was there but it was not upto the level that was expecting, work environment is good , i interacted a lot with people , my teammates were very much supporting.

Dislikes

The experience that i expected from kotak that i didn't got . The systems are of old software which should be done time to time . Appraisals are not geneuinelly done.
