Banka Insurance review for 9 months as an ex employee. Worst please to work terrible company and its culture. Most un supportive HR, worst supervisor ever, in this company in our location 12 people had resigned with in 8 months. HR telling 'you have a right to mark leave and your manager have a right to reject the leave' but HR is always on leave. Reporting manager always calling on weekends to visit Kotak branch for product training, (on this training nothing you will learn just criticism ). Manager is always sitting on the office no visits for client/ bank branches just doing con-call and threading his subordinates. Sunday is the only holiday, rest Kotak's holiday is not our holiday bcz we work for bank Bank. And bank holiday is also not our holiday bcz we are life insurance guy....Read More
