Very unprofessional owner. Pay is too low. No job security. Retains salary. Very poor experience. I wonder how can owner retain salary of the people who are working for money. Very cheap mentality. It is always better to mention less salary and recruit rather than show high salary and then retain.

Likes

They founder has the tendency to offer higher package so that candidates gets attached to join. Very unprofessional lady Yuktie Jhangiani. It's never advisable to work in this organization. She strongly believe in heir and fire policy. The turnover of the company is very low.

Dislikes

The nature of work is very different than what is offered. Highly unprofessional. The strategy that is highly followed here is hire at a decent package get the work done by the employee and fire them without any notice.
