Oh we have a list here ! Head full of arrogance, mouth full of posh English (lol), heart full of jealousy , typically the CEO lady can act in some soap opera! One person difficult to have conversation with. Loves to humiliate people . Have no knowledge ZERO on how product works . No values taught by her parents . Simply waste . Please don’t lose your mind over this good for nothing company.

Only politics and not listening to experience people, not following RBI norms, giving authority to buttering people to Director, director believe in her only people who are having just 1 year and less experience people from non banking, and most important thing no responsibility of HR towards her employee family member was hospitalized, they will say policy is still under policy, as she don't have any prior experience as Hr she gave it as out sourcing and if any problem occurs she will blame others, she don't know how to conduct interviews and will take a person who is having less than a year experience to conduct interviews, both are not having any experience and will do interviews of persons who are having 7+ years of experience, and most interesting thing, insentives will be paid as per Director wish, in that HR is a popet, and the insentive is not as per offer letter, it's all as per director wish, Director her self don't have any basic knowledge of most of the kyc, RBI guidelines and even credit policies, who is a investor banker stared a company with the help of her husband and want to run the show just by speaking some posh English, most worst cultur and the atrion level is peak in this company out of 10 I can give .00001 as rating and even salary will be given to employees at HR wish even though it for approved from director she will upload as per her convince time Most unorganised, unethical worst company...Read More
