Worst company of IT specifically there don’t prefer the experience over salary. Worst Manager Mr.Sandeep Chandi (IT) and Tarun Jain, keep urself always from him if you want to have an career in that company. He doesn’t prefer girls for IT just bcz they can’t stay at night.

Everything (in short) the HR & the New Client had fooled us rather us (few people like me) where we have been told after all rounds of interview our new batch will start from January 2023 yet now the HR (Snigdha) or client has no clue or update when this new batch will start or its postponed or cancelled, nobody has an answer for this , Therefore for weeks we were awaiting for our joining date yet they just unnecessarily wasted our valuable time as this process has no updates ..So this is extremely poor management, extremely poor HR DEPT and Client is obviously most 3rd class as they were selecting candidates unnecessarily when they never had any plans to start the project....Read More

Some TL was good otherwise HR even don't know how should talk with their employees. They are not provided experience and releaving latter on time. Behaviour and management was very bad. Yes only I got my salary on time but otherwise overall experience was very bad. There had no career opportunities. politics was too high. There hadno job security and drop facility was really poor. We complaint for multiple time but still they was not changed their policy. There have no needed to complete appropriate degree to make ur career as a HR or IT. Everything is good. Every members of company are goods. Very nice full work. There is a bond of 2 years before is slow. Which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new job lines.

Those are have experience for 3 months should also have right to gave a test for the promotions. And I have rejoin th kochartech so now they should gave best salary inbetween like 15k to 20k. And I think that they should also promote me as a team leader or hr.
